SHIPPING POLICY Our standard methods of shipping are UPS Ground OR USPS Ground. Standard shipping time can take up to 5-12 business days (probably sooner) once the order leaves our warehouse. Our cutoff is 1:00pm PST, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time AND over the weekend will ship the following business day. Please make sure that you’re using your correct shipping address. Address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed. Please double-check that your ship-to address is correct. Thank you! Once UPS or USPS picks up the package from our warehouse, the courier is responsible for delivering it. Loss, damage, or theft is out of our control and the responsibility of the shipping company and/or recipient. Thanks for your understanding. Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email for details about your shipment and proof of delivery. If your package has been lost or stolen you can file a claim with UPS here or USPS here. By providing your email address and/or cell phone number you hereby authorize THCAnswer to send shipping confirmation and updates, and customer services inquiries about your order. Please note packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed between 12/25-12/31 may experience delays. REFUND POLICY RETURNS You may only return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. CANCELLATION You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations done after the 12 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing. CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTIONS Subscriptions are offered at a discount, with a minimum of 2 shipments required. After the 2nd shipment you can cancel anytime. If you decide to cancel before the 2nd shipment, you will lose the discount and be charged the difference for the one-time purchase amount. EXCHANGES If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you. REFUNDS You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
